The peak of complaints about WhatsApp being offline on Downdetector occurred around 3pm in the afternoon.

In the Oficina da Net editorial office we tested sending messages, and sometimes it works, sometimes there is no signal of sending, suggesting that it is really an instability in the app’s server. We even tried to use the web version of WhatsApp, but the system informs us that “it is having problems connecting”, and asks us to “try again in a few minutes”.
