Rio – Hotline Denúncia released, this Wednesday (24), a poster asking for information about the whereabouts of Lucas de Souza Ignáco, the ‘Little Monster’, accused of involvement in the murders of pre-candidate for councilor Clayton Damasceno Pereira, from 45 years old, and his advisor Paula Ribeiro Menezes Costa, 65. The crime, investigated by the Baixada Fluminense Homicide Police Station (DHBF), took place last October, in Queimados.

According to investigations, the victims were in an ice cream shop in the Inconfidência neighborhood when they were shot at by four criminals on two motorcycles. Shortly afterwards, one of the bandits fired several shots at Clayton, who died instantly. Paula was rescued, but died the following day.

Two others involved in the crime were arrested: Cleiton Alves Francisco, ‘Binho’, and Anderson Correia Ramos, ‘Parazinho’, who are linked to the Comando Vermelho faction. The police investigation concluded that the murder was caused by the politician’s proximity to paramilitaries in the region. The advisor was hit, even though she was not the target of the criminals.

In February, the Queimados Criminal Court issued a preventive arrest warrant against Lucas, who remains at large, for the crime of homicide.
