Beatriz detects where Pedro might be. She disguises herself and leaves, hurriedly. Madalena approaches the laptop and is scared to see that the location indicates the Cabo da Roca area.
Pedro looks at the sea. Beatriz sees him, apprehensively, from the car, but she doesn’t call him.
Joana asks Manuel if he managed to relax. He responds that he’s fine, but doesn’t look at her and says it was a complicated day. She tells him what happened with Maria and Pedro and the rivalries that prevent them from being together. The vet says that if they like each other, their families shouldn’t be the ones stopping them.
Pedro remains with his back at the foot of the cliff. Beatriz approaches and, on impulse, hugs him from behind. Rita’s brother lets himself be hugged and she says everything will be fine. Pedro says nothing and his expression is one of deep sadness. Madalena watches them from afar, apprehensively.
Lurdes comments that she has never seen Maria in that state for almost a boy. Abel’s granddaughter responds that she has never liked anyone that way and that what she feels for Pedro is bigger than her.

Maria shows Lurdes the photo she took of Jaime and Liliana on the boat. Leonor’s daughter is disappointed and says she will pray that Liliana disappears.
Sérgio serves dinner. Lurdes answers a call from Susana, who tells her to take dinner home. The girl is irritated by the request, but remembers that she left the greenhouses in the middle of the afternoon without giving any reason.
Rita doesn’t know how to approach her father to talk about David. Francisca tries to soften the moment, but Artur is suspicious and realizes that his daughter wants to talk about the boy she brought into the house.
Pedro realizes that they have located his cell phone. Beatriz says it was her, but that she won’t tell anyone the password. The boy says again that he wants to be alone. Madalena still resists, but her son asks her to leave.
Luísa is surprised by Susana’s preparations for dinner and is curious to see who will join them. Ricardo enters, Susana introduces them and Luísa is displeased, but pretends that she doesn’t know him.

Luísa tells Ricardo that she doesn’t want him involved with her daughter. Lurdes arrives with dinner and Susana insists that she join them. The girl says it’s not necessary, and in the meantime Jaime arrives with Liliana by surprise.
Artur complains to Francisca about the dessert he prepared, but she changes the subject and says she thinks he is being too authoritarian with Rita. The businessman asks her not to interfere, as she doesn’t have children, she doesn’t understand. Rita arrives with David, who feels intimidated by Arthur’s presence.
Joana receives Manel’s gift for the baby and remembers the boots that Paula gave her the night she ran away. Judite’s daughter leaves for the bathroom, without saying anything, and the dairy owner becomes worried.
Arthur interrogates David. Rita tries to get involved in the conversation, but her father tells her to keep quiet. The boy talks about the business he had on the continent and is forced to lie, saying that the business is going strong and he is in contact with his partner in Lisbon. Artur nods, in disbelief, and tells them that he doesn’t want them alone.
Manel remains worried about Joana, who tells him that the night Alex tried to kill her, he found out about the pregnancy because Paula also gave him a pair of boots.. Artur’s brother apologizes and hugs her.
