Vomiting

In this case everything is related to stomach acid. “People should never brush their teeth when their mouth has a very low pH, as they don’t want to rub that acid into their teeth,” says dentist Beth Caunitz. “Vomit contains stomach acids, which can soften and dissolve the outer layer of teeth,” continues Diana Nguyen.

Breakfast

“You can drink water and rinse your mouth with water or mouthwash to help clean food particles from your teeth and gums.”

Candy

You must wait at least an hour, all to make the mouth remove most of the acids. The same goes for carbonated drinks. Again, drinking water is a good help.
