The Indaiatuba Health Department released the results of the dengue collective carried out last Saturday (16) in Jardim Morada do Sol. In total, 4,500 properties were visited by more than 400 volunteer students from UniMAX and Fiec. The action aimed to guide the population on the correct precautions to combat the Aedes aegypti mosquito.

According to the Dengue Operations Center, the Secretariat of Urban Services and Environment collected eight trucks of rubble from that region over the last week, corresponding to approximately 10 tons.

The work to combat dengue continues in Indaiatuba, now in the coming weeks in other neighborhoods in the city, including the dispersion of the insecticide with a vehicle bomb.

The Health Department states that those with symptoms of dengue fever can undergo a Telemedicine consultation by accessing My Indaiatuba. Only patients over 18 years of age and who have been to a UBS for at least one year can be treated.
