Smoking car continues to combat dengue in Araruama; check schedule | Araruama

Araruama – The campaign to combat dengue continues in Araruama. An important tool in the fight against the disease, the smoke car is operating daily in the neighborhoods of the city with the highest incidence of cases. Every week, City Hall publishes the schedule developed by Epidemiological, informing residents about the locations that will be served.

This week, from April 1st to 5th, the smoke car will travel through the Center, Fazendinha, Parque Mataruna, São Vicente and Parque Hotel. The action hours are always from 5 am to 9 am, in the morning shift, and from 5:30 pm to 8 pm, in the afternoon/night shift.

Epidemiological Surveillance asks residents to collaborate by keeping windows and doors open during the passage of smoke. It is important to protect food and kitchen utensils, as well as changing pet water after the car passes by.
