On March 21st, in celebration of World Tree Day and International Day of Forests, a unique initiative will be held in Vale do Lobo.

This global event will celebrate the vital role of trees and forests on our planet and seek to address environmental challenges, especially after the devastating fires of summer 2022.

Organized as a practical and positive response to environmental challenges, the main action will consist of planting trees in an area affected by the Trafal fire, in Vale do Lobo. The planting area covers 8000 m², where around 185 trees will be planted. This symbolic gesture of renewal and hope reflects the ongoing commitment to environmental preservation and sustainability.

A highlight of this initiative is the special participation of EXISTIR students, strengthening the community spirit and commitment to the future of our planet.

The ceremony will be attended by the President of the Board of Directors of Infralobo and is scheduled to take place on Arbor Day, March 21, 2024, from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm. We warmly invite all interested parties to join us at this important event.

Join this celebration of World Tree Day and International Day of Forests, for a greener and more sustainable future for everyone.
