Tenth edition of Comic Con Portugal kicks off with ten stages at Exponor

Comic Con Portugal 2024 will start with ten stages at Exponor, in Matosinhos, and for four days, in a space that has now been expanded, it promises entertainment at all hours, from midday until night.

“It’s ten years and ten stages” and the expectation is that the Comic Con Portugal 2024 space will have the capacity to safely receive 160 thousand people, from Thursday to Sunday, in the Exponor space, in Matosinhos, in the district from Porto, declared the executive director of Comic Con Portugal, Paulo Rocha Cardoso, at a press conference.

According to the person responsible, the entire space plan for the event was designed so that everything that will happen inside the venue is “an experience” and “has a message”, because the event celebrates 10 years of “many stories” and “many adventures.”

“Initially we characterized the event with the motto ‘I just want to be a superhero’ [‘Eu só quero ser um super-herói’]. When we were kids, we all wanted to be Spider-Man, we all wanted to be Batman, we all wanted to be the Ninja Turtles and then we grew up, but we often took the values ​​and principles of these same characters into our daily lives. day,” he said.
