The two classics of traditional Portuguese cuisine, prepared here by chef Luís Gaspar, can be enjoyed in the restaurant, on Easter Sunday, or as ordered for home consumption, to be finished in the oven.

“Our goat, of national origin, is slowly roasted in the oven, as per tradition. Perfumed with the aromas of thyme and rosemary, it is tender and juicy”, explains Luís Gaspar. “It is accompanied by rice prepared in the oven, enriched with regional Portuguese sausages and the juices from roasting the goat”. A dose for two people costs €40. As for the dessert, priced at €15, it is “a typical Easter sweet folar, flavored with fennel and cinnamon, perfect for sharing with friends and family”.

The Traditional Pica-Pau Easter Menu will be available for orders until March 27th, directly on the website. Collections will be made at the restaurant, on March 31st, between 9:00 am and 12:30 pm. Customers will also receive the necessary instructions to finish the dish at home: just have an oven and follow, step by step, all the tips for perfect caramelization and plating, provided by chef Luís Gaspar and his team.

In addition to the possibility of take-away, those who prefer, can also have their Easter lunch directly at the restaurant, where in addition to the two special dishes for this season, the remaining Pica-Pau menu will also be available.

Reservations can be made by calling 212 698 509 or on the restaurant’s website.
