The 2024 edition of Tejo a Copo will take place today, Saturday (23rd), at the Convento de São Francisco, in Santarém, in an exhibition that brings together 26 producers with Tejo Wines exclusively certified with DOC do Tejo and IG Tejo quality assurance seals.

This year’s edition brings the novelty of the morning part (11:00 – 13:00) being dedicated exclusively to professionals in the sector, namely wine producers in the region, representatives of restaurants, wine cellars, wine stores and average. Between 3pm and 8:30pm, the doors open to the general public.

Entrance to Tejo a Glass is free, but access to the wine tasting involves purchasing the event glass, worth €5.00.

The program also includes three wine tastings, commented by the sommelierconsultant and ambassador for Vinhos do Tejo Rodolfo Tristão.

This year’s edition once again has a wine store dedicated to the 26 producers present in Tejo a Copo.

This year the guest restaurants are Pátio da Graça and Tascá, both Scalabitanos, which bring six snacks to the Convento de S. Francisco, on sale for €6.00 ​​each.

Musical entertainment continues, with a live band and DJ.

Tejo by Glass has been promoted by the Tejo Regional Wine Commission (CVR Tejo) since 2019.
