The 11th edition of the Tremor Festival has come to an end and the desire to reunite with the island of São Miguel in the 2025 edition could not be greater. Zancudo Berraco, Holy Tongue, Azia, PS Lucas and Deli Girls were some of the names on Tremor’s lineup for the last day of the Azorean festival.

A 2024 edition, of the festival that was already sold out months before it started, consolidated a path where art and music are elements used in the construction of a new way of enjoying the Azorean heritage.
For five days, more than fifty activities, indoors and outdoors, embodied the concept where musicians and visual artists, from the community and outside, can share experimentation to create unforgettable moments.
Márcio Laranjeira, from the management of Festival Tremor, spoke to RFI and does “an extremely positive balance“.”It was very smooth.” And he adds: “Five days feels like one big day where things actually happened the way we wanted them to. And we also see that people leave here with a feeling of happiness; that they were really experiencing something that ended up making an impact.“
Even knowing that eclecticism is one of the characteristics of Tremor, after all here the vanguard of universes crosses in perfect communion which, for example, can range from punk to rock, from jazz to electronics or from improvisation to performance, there was a more emotionally intense moment that must be referred to due to the involvement of those watching and those on stage: the show at the Rabo de Peixe Fishing Port where Sam The Kid showed the artistic residency work he developed with local MC’s and the Rabo de Peixe Music School.
