Sofia Laura Silva is the new People Manager at Bimbo Portugal, a position she assumes with the aim of strengthening the company’s organizational culture and boosting its growth.
With academic training in Social and Organizational Psychology, from ISCTE, and an Executive Master’s in Management with specialization in Marketing from INDEG, he has more than 15 years of professional experience, consolidating his knowledge in companies such as Merck, Samsung, Efacec.
“I am very happy to join the Bimbo Portugal team. I take on this role with the aim of strengthening the company’s organizational culture and driving growth”, says Sofia Laura Silva.
Until taking on the role of People Manager at Bimbo Portugal, he led the Human Resources area at reckitt, where he was responsible for the Healthcare area.
