NERSANT.IMO.2024 – 1st Real Estate Meeting in Torres Novas, which took place on the 19th and 20th of April, in the association’s exhibition pavilion, in Torres Novas, brought together 50 exhibitors in the area of real estate promotion, banking, rehabilitation urban planning, construction and public works, architecture and energy efficiency, as well as municipal urban planning departments.
“By bringing business activity back to this exhibition pavilion, we make use of the purpose for which this space was built. With this event, we return this space to the community”, began by mentioning the president of the board at NERSANT, António Pedroso Leal.
Justifying the holding of this meeting, Pedroso Leal explained that the phenomenon of housing and construction is always current in our region and that there are companies investing in the region that will create hundreds of jobs, which will certainly require housing.
Also highlighted at NERSANT.IMO.2024 was the holding, on the afternoon of the 19th, of the conference “The Current Challenges of Housing – Urban Simplex: from legislation to implementation”, which had 236 participants.
