Mothra, Shimo and Skar King appear in the film’s new teaser trailer
A new teaser trailer for Godzilla and Kong: The New Empire was released, showing several new scenes from the film and more of Kong and Godzilla’s battle against the duo formed by Skar King and Shimo, as well as other kaiju that will appear in the film. The preview also shows the return of Mothraresurrecting with a new look after his participation in Godzilla: King of the Monsters2019.
In the teaser, we can see that Skar King, the villain of the film, will be with Shimo, a kaiju similar to Godzilla but with ice powers, at his side, while the Mothra must return to help the film’s hero duo. Watch the teaser:

Godzilla and Kong: The New Empire brings the return of the kaijus now side by side against a colossal threat, hidden in our world, capable of putting their very existence – and ours – at risk. The film promises to delve even deeper into the history of the two Titans, their origins and the mysteries of Skull Island, unraveling the mythical battle that helped forge these extraordinary beings, linking them to humanity and their destiny forever.
Adam Wingard directs the film, which stars Rebecca Hall, Brian Tyree Henry, Dan Stevens, Kaylee Hottle, Alex Ferns and Fala Chen.
