Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cup of walnuts
2 cups of flour
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
¼ teaspoon of salt
1 cup of softened butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
2/3 cup jam to taste
Preparation method:
1- In a food processor, place the walnuts until they are ground. In a bowl, combine the nuts, flour, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl, beat the butter and add the sugar. Add the egg, vanilla and orange zest. Add to the flour mixture.
two- Knead with your hand and make small balls. Lightly press the center with your finger.
3- Bake on a tray lined with parchment paper for 15 minutes. Let it cool and put some of the jam on top.
