Liverpool turns attention to Feyenoord coach: first contacts were positive – Liverpool

The English press revealed this Wednesday that Arne Slot, coach of Feyenoord, recent winner of the Dutch Cup, is the most serious candidate to take Jürgen Klopp’s place in Liverpool’s technical command at the end of the season. The first contacts have already been made and the 45-year-old coach welcomes a move to the Reds. The English club would have to compensate Feyenoord with around 10 million euros, as Slot has a contract until 2026, but the contract does not include a termination clause. Remember that Rúben Amorim was also appointed to the position, but interest in the Sporting coach ended up fading.

Jürgen Klopp will leave Liverpool at the end of the season to take a break from his career.
