A new pilgrimage is coming to Alvalade – Sporting

Sporting-Portimonense on matchday 32, scheduled for 6pm on May 4th – a Saturday – will be the game dedicated to the teams’ visit to the José Alvalade Stadium.

At a time when the title is orbiting around Rúben Amorim’s team, and even with the trip to Dragão, to face FC Porto, on the horizon, the championship leaders are organizing an afternoon of celebration at home: present will be , Record found, at least 100 Sporting affiliates, who are entitled to a maximum of 50 tickets each. These 5 thousand people, who will stay, it seems, in the upper North, will arrive from all over the country, each one of them in a rented bus and loaded with joy.

Although these tickets have not yet been put on sale, most groups have already informed their members about the lion’s day that is being prepared, even promising to sell them out… practically immediately. Some even asked for more tickets to the ‘mother house’ but the huge turnout that has been registered in Alvalade does not allow the total number of tickets given to be increased. Sporting can become champion even before the duel with the Algarve.
