ASome of the top companies focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI) have committed to responsible development of the technology, an initiative led by the nonprofit organization Thorn and All Tech Is Human.
Among the companies participating in this initiative we find OpenAI, Meta, Microsoft and also Google, committing to implement measures to prevent the creation of sexually explicit content involving minors.
“This project was created to make it clear that we do not have to give up. We want to be able to change the course of this technology so that existing harms are eliminated.”Rebecca Portnoff, vice president of data science at Thorn and All Tech Is Human, told The Wall Street Journal.
