Police are investigating whether the death of 21-year-old Tiffany da Silva Daniel was accidental or premeditated. She had been missing since Friday (4th) and was found dead on Sunday afternoon (6th), in the Pico do Jaraguá region, in the north of São Paulo.
According to information gathered by the team at Record TV, the young woman’s body was found in a fall site of approximately 25 meters. It is not yet known whether the death was accidental or criminal.
Tiffany had gone for a walk in the Vila Formosa region, on the east side of São Paulo, around 5:30 am on the 4th. Security cameras captured images of the victim, who was wearing a yellow sweatshirt, walking calmly through the streets of the neighborhood. At some point, however, she disappears.
Tiffany’s father stated that his daughter went to the pharmacy and asked the employee, who is a family friend, to ask for an app car, claiming to have cash to pay for the ride.
Also according to the father, the destination of the trip was the region of Pico do Jaraguá, where the victim was found. The Fire Department carried out searches on Saturday (5), and only on Sunday, after 24 hours, Tiffany’s body was discovered. One of the agents who participated in the search stated that some items of clothing were found and, following the trail, the victim was located.
Relatives, friends and the community in which Tiffany lived were trying to locate the young woman – who, according to her parents, had no disagreement with anyone and had never had a history of rebellion. Also according to the family, Tiffany was a quiet girl.
