Lola (Ana Bustorff) disguises to Cacau (Matilde Reymão) that Justino (António Capelo) has just woken up from a coma because of her. Justino looks very emotional at Cacau, declaring that he never wanted to be his daughter, not because he didn’t like him, but because he didn’t want to lose Quim (Paulo Calatré), in addition to never having had any interest in having the right to his fortune, justifying himself who made that decision because Sal (Carolina Amaral) expelled them from Bela Vista. Justino is amazed at this news.
Cacau and Justino hug each other, thrilled to be able to be together in this new role of father and daughter. Justino asks Cacau to keep a secret about no longer being in a coma, admitting that the family may want to harm him. Justino tells Cacau he is very happy that she was raised by Quim so she didn’t end up like Sal.
Simone looks at Rui in astonishment and tells him that Sal is currently recording a video about their kidnapping in Brazil, accusing Cacau of being a scammer who almost killed her and Rui.
Soraia cries nonstop, ignoring Rosa telling her that Sal is making a video against Cacau. Tomané knocks on the door with a bouquet of flowers, asking Soraia for forgiveness.
In Itacaré, Quim receives a message from Guto telling him to look at something he just sent him. Anita runs outside.
Martim and Tiago are watching Sal’s video, which is suddenly cut off by Simone. Tiago tells Martim that Simone knows that Cacau can sue Sal for defamation and that’s why he cut the footage. Tiago turns his back on Pipa, still upset with her.
Simone tells Sal that she could seriously harm them with that video because she is accusing Cacau of a crime without having any evidence. Rui deletes the video, but says that someone may have already made copies of it. Sal remains convinced that she was right to publish the video.
Tomané admits to Soraia that he started approaching her out of interest, but claims that after that he realized that he genuinely liked her. Soraia starts to hit him, continuing to feel deceived by Tomané.
Nurse leaves after collecting the material for the DNA test. Justino tells Cacau that now that he has gotten to know her better, he is sure of his decision to recognize her as his daughter. Cacau and Justino hug each other emotionally. Lola, Jaime and Marco watch them with emotion.
Regina refuses to Valdemar the idea of revealing now that she is actually Chiquinha and Cacau’s mother, saying she needs to continue protecting Justino and Simone’s daughter, who will do everything to prevent Justino from divorcing her. Regina says that she remembered that Hector could be the one they need for this, leaving Valdemar astonished.
Tomané walks unhappily towards the exit accompanied by the security guard, who tells him that now he will never be able to let him enter the property again. Tomané is stunned by Albano asking him how he didn’t know that Sal and Rui were kidnapped in Brazil.
Everyone is amazed that Justino tells them that Sal kicked the Coutinhos off the farm. Solomon also hears through the crack in the door. Justino asks Jaime to help that family, Jaime agrees.
Anita, with Cacau’s recipe book in hand, tells Kenny that there is the salvation for him to get rid of his debts, selling the recipe for Cacau a Sal’s chocolate. Kenny looks reluctant.
Jaime looks disapprovingly at Salomão admitting that he heard Justino say that Sal kicked the Coutinhos out of the farm. Quim is ready to help solve this problem.
Vitória admits to Sal, Simone and Rui that they may have serious problems with the video that Sal made accusing Cacau of trying to kill her, suggesting that they should think of something that leaves the family talking for good reasons. Simone says it might be a good idea to have a party to celebrate thirty years of marriage with Justino to clean up their image, Vitória agrees. Justino contains his fury at Simone communicating that.
Marco arrives home with Guto, Pitty and Cacau, who doesn’t fail to notice that the house is full of flowers. Cacau also notes that Marco took the photo of him and his girlfriend from the room, Marco confesses that they broke up. Marco offers Cacau a golden pepper, helping Cacau to place it in his patuá. They are very close and almost kissing.
The party celebrating Simone and Justino’s pearl wedding is already underway. Simone welcomes Vitória at the door, thanking her for coming. Júlia arrives with Tiago, leaving Sal and Rui surprised to see him there. Simone tells Tiago not to blame him for the accident. Lalá, who was also invited, goes to Júlia’s side. Simone gives a speech saying that she is very happy that Justino is still alive, despite his condition, and is doing everything she can to help him recover. Justino appears behind Simone saying that that moment has already arrived. Everyone in the room is in shock. Everyone continues to look at Justino in astonishment. Lola appears behind him and Lalá hides so she doesn’t see her. Sal runs to hug his father, pretending to be happy. Simone falls to the floor, pretending to faint from the emotion.
