“If Neymar wanted to compete for the Ballon d’Or with Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo”

Javier Pastore gave an extensive interview to this Thursday’s edition of the Argentine newspaper La Nationin which he addressed various topics, including the extra-football life of Neymar, a player with whom he shared a dressing room at Paris Saint-Germain.

“He’s a phenomenon, a very good person. He lives his life as he wants, no one will manage his life. Apart from Messi, I’ve never seen another player as talented as Ney”, began by stating the Albiceleste international, who is free from the club since the summer, when he left Qatar SC.

“It has all the qualities… Reaction? It’s the best. Speed? It’s very fast. Handling the ball? The best. Dribbling? Does what you want. Goal? With any foot. Jumping? It goes very high. It has everything. If draft a dream player as you want, say Neymar”, he continued.

“If he wanted, he would compete for the Ballon d’Or with Messi, Cristiano [Ronaldo] and with anyone, but he lives life differently, he doesn’t live 100% for football. I like him a lot, I’ve been writing to him a lot during his injury. At first, I expected someone to be arrogant, but I was wrong,” he added.
