A The week began with a rise in fuel prices, which occurred in both diesel and gasoline. This is one of the biggest increases since the beginning of the year.
O simple diesel increased from €1,612/liter to €1,630/liter between Sunday and Monday, while simple 95 gasoline rose from €1.743/liter to €1.776/literin the same period, according to data from the General Directorate of Energy and Geology (DGEG).
Accounts made, simple diesel increased by 1.8 cents and simple gasoline 95 increased by 3.3 cents.

What did the forecasts indicate?
A sector source told the News by the Minute that diesel fuel should increase by 1.5 cents per liter, while simple 95 gasoline should increase by 3.5 cents per liter.
According to forecasts released by ACP – Automóvel Club de Portugal, the average price of diesel would rise by 2 cents and that of gasoline would increase by 3.5 cents per liter.
