According to Eder Gonçalves Rodrigues’ wife, on Saturday night (20), her brother-in-law, Márcio Ferreira Gonçalves, went to their residence and asked them to stay away from their house, as that afternoon, six men had gone there after Inês to kill her. According to her, the crime did not occur, as Márcio managed to talk to the group.

However, JF said that on Sunday (21), the brothers-in-law, in the company of Inês’ son, Bruno Gemilaki Dal Poz, were having lunch there to celebrate his birthday, and noticed when Márcio caught Inês’ attention, due to the amount of drinking alcohol she was drinking.

The woman reports that at one point, her brother-in-law left the residence, claiming that he was going to his workshop to finish repairing a car. During the party, JF said that the beer was running out and Inês shook the key to the Ford Ranger truck and invited Eder to go buy more beer, and they left the place in the company of Bruno.

According to her, this happened around 2 pm, and she only had contact with her husband at 5 pm, when he called and reported that Inês and her son had done a “shit” and had taken him along. She said that her husband even told her that mother and son had killed some people in “Polaco’s” house.

The woman, guided by her husband, left the family residence and took shelter in the house of a friend, who was not known in the city and no one had the address.

Still according to testimony, JF said that at night, Eder contacted her, and reported that he left home with the intention of buying beer with his sister-in-law, however, when he got close to the truck, Bruno pointed a 12 gauge shotgun at him. , and asked him to get in and drive the vehicle. Inês asked him if she “would be with them or against them”.

At the time, Eder told his wife that he did not enter the “Polaco’s” residence and did not carry a firearm, and shortly after the pair committed the criminal action, they fled to a rural property belonging to the cattle rancher. [Inês].

“My sister-in-law called Márcio and told him about what happened and asked him to go to the farm, at first my brother-in-law refused, but when Inês said they were with Eder, he ended up going”, says an excerpt from the statement.

The woman said that her brother-in-law, already on the farm, did it to them [mãe e filho] They believed he would help with the escape, and they split up, leaving Inês and her son in the Ranger and he and his brother in a Strada.

“Due to the bad road, Márcio was unable to move forward and they ended up getting separated. My brother-in-law said he got lost and only later did they arrive in Alta Floresta.”

JF said that she went with her children to the city where her husband was, as they learned that the “Polaco”, who would be Inês’ target, was alive and had offered a reward of R$200,000 for the deaths of those involved. The trip was paid for by Bruno who sent the amount of R$1,000 via pix.

When asked what motivated his sister-in-law to commit the double murder, JF said that Inês and “Polaco” had a fight, as his sister-in-law had rented it to him, and he alleged damage to the property, which led to a legal fight, and that “Polaco” had lost the process and would not have liked the situation.
