The security guards already separate Tiago and Marco. Justino criticizes Marco for hiding Cacau from them. Regina appears to tell Justino that she has something to tell him before he sees Cacau. Justino appears perplexed by what Regina and Marco tell him and Tiago becomes very tense without knowing what is happening.

Lalá is furious because the police tell her that it will be difficult for her to prove that she was robbed by Simone and Sal for having welcomed them into her house, accusing her of framing them and even of having been bought by them. Police tell Lalá that they will have to take her into custody for offending authority, handcuffing her and taking her away.

Simone (Alexandra Lencastre), hiding in a village, calls Sal (Carolina Amaral), who tells her that they can’t continue doing that. Simone says relaxedly that they’ll think better about what they’re going to do later, noting that at least they no longer have an empty stomach.

Tiago (José Condessa) looks very tensely at Tomané (Salvador Nery) telling him he doesn’t know if he will like seeing Cacau (Matilde Reymão), assuring him, however, that everything is fine with her. Justino heads inland to tell Tomané to call an ambulance, leaving Tiago even more uneasy.

Regina (Christine Fernandes), Marco (Diogo Amaral) and Justino (António Capelo) enter the room. Justino looks perplexed at Cacau’s baby. Regina pulls him away so as not to alarm Cacau. Marco promises Cacau that nothing will happen to her and the baby, looking raptly at the child, who he sees as his.

Salomão (Paulo Pires) listens in amazement to Júlia (Fernanda Serrano) telling him that Lalá (Inês Castel-Branco) has been arrested. Salomão runs off to help Lalá.

Regina argues to Justino that she decided to hide Cacau because she was afraid of what Simone and Sal would do if they knew she was pregnant, which was the best solution to protect her. She is tense because Justino insists that he wants Cacau to move into her house when he is recovered. Justino tells Tiago that they will talk later, just assuring him that Cacau is fine. Justino tells Tomané that he is still gaining the courage to tell Tiago that Cacau was a mother.

Cacau is already convalescing in the hospital bed, accompanied by Regina and Marco, with the doctor telling her that he would like her to stay a few more days in the hospital to be close to the baby, who was born prematurely. Cacau nods, Marco asks to spend the night with Cacau, not noticing her tense air.

Regina tells Justino that Cacau will stay in the hospital for a few days, and now they can tell him what they know about her. Regina only asks Justino to keep Tiago away from Cacau so as not to disturb her. Justino agrees to have to do this.

Lalá returns home with Salomão, who tells her that he owes her a favor for getting her out of jail. Salomão insists to Lalá that he has to help him convince Júlia not to divorce him. Lalá says they’ll talk about it later, leaving her thinking that she has to find a way to get revenge on Simone and Sal.

Tiago is eager to find out what’s going on with Cacau so they don’t let him go see her. Justino arrives with Quim (Paulo Calatré), saying that Cacau had to stay in the hospital, but for no other reason than that she was attacked by a wild boar. Justino asks everyone to let him speak alone with Tiago.

Regina is tense because Valdemar (Vitor Hugo) warns that Guto (Vitor Britto) and Pitty (Ludy Guimarães) may not resist telling Cacau that her son is Tiago’s. Valdemar insists that she is making a mistake by wanting to maintain the lie that Marco is the father of Cacau’s son, stressing that he does not think that is correct. Regina turns her back on her.

Tiago is shocked because Justino has already told him that Cacau had a son with Marco, realizing with sadness that she must have gotten involved with him when they got angry at her house, despite her always having assured him that she had never had anything to do with him. Tiago says that was the final blow to his desire to stay with Cacau. Justino is apprehensive.

A beggar looks surprised at Simone and Sal lying in their cardboard shelter. He quickly pulls out a knife and warns them to get out of there now. Sal and Simone run scared.

In a garden, Martim (Lucas Dutra) listens intrigued to Tiago telling him that he has to forget Cacau, saying that he will tell him better what happened. He is amazed to find Sal and Simone sleeping on a bench. Simone tries to maintain her pose, but Sal asks Martim for help to recover her documents, telling him desperately that everything they had was left at Lalá’s house.

Lalá sells Sal’s bags to three friends, not shying away from saying bad things about Simone, warning them that they stole her. The friends agree to warn everyone not to help them. Martim asks Lalá to return Sal’s documents. Lalá refuses, even more pleased when Martim tells him that she caught Sal and Simone sleeping in the garden. Martim looks at his mother disappointed.

Marco looks tenderly at Cacau, who has just woken up. Cacau tensely tells him that his memory is slowly coming back, and he remembered a boy who he thinks was his boyfriend. Marco looks at her alertly.

Cacau tries to calm Marco down by telling him that despite having remembered this boy as her boyfriend, he is the one she likes, but says she can’t stop thinking about whether he is the father of her baby. Marco aggressively says that that baby is hers, Cacau is offended. Susana arrives with Marquinho, telling Marco that she can take the opportunity to go home. Marco agrees, leaving very tense.

Regina and Valdemar look astonished as Marco tells them with concern that Cacau is recovering his memory.

Simone stares hungrily at a child passing by with a sandwich. Martim regretfully tells Sal and Simone that he was unable to recover Sal’s documents, but gives them money and an old cell phone to tide them over for a while. Sal smiles sincerely and gratefully at Martim to thank him for his help.

Vitória tells Tiago that she has new information about Ouro Verde. Tiago tells Vitória that that matter is no longer important to him, telling her that Cacau appeared. Vitória looks at him expectantly, being shocked when Tiago tells her that Cacau and Marco had a son.

Regina tells Marco that they can’t let anyone see Cacau so they can manipulate her into taking their side, never finding out that her son is Tiago’s. Regina also states that she has no intention of telling Cacau that she is her mother, wanting her to discover things little by little so as not to suffer any burnout.

Vitória is furious that Marco was finally deceiving her when he said he had never had anything to do with Cacau. Tiago says that he is the one to blame for lying to Cacau, but Vitória refutes this by saying that they were both deceived by them. She rushes out to tell Tiago to tell Marco some truths.
