A representative for the Canadian rapper said Drake was not injured in the shooting.
A NBC News has just announced that a shooting took place near the mansion of Drake in Toronto this Tuesday morning, 7th, and left one person seriously injured, according to information released by the Canadian police.
The shooting happened shortly after 2 a.m. near Bayview and Lawrence avenues, police said in a post on X — formerly Twitter. An unidentified man was taken to hospital with serious injuries. A suspect fled the scene in a vehicle, authorities said.

A representative of Drakewho made headlines recently because of a fight with fellow rapper Kendrick Lamar, said the artist was not injured. Police have not provided further details about the shooting at this time.
