The contestant began by saying that she never met her biological father, as he didn’t want to assume her as a daughter, but that her maternal grandfather played that role “perfectly”. She also shared that her mother met another man who also had a son and at that time ended up feeling excluded from the family.

Daniela Ventura also said that after her mother’s death, as she grew up, she began to look more and more like her mother and that this man began to treat her in a different way, which affected her a lot. “From then on I closed myself off completely and started drinking. Later, Daniela Ventura said that a friend proposed an arranged marriage to a man in exchange for money and given the economic difficulties she was experiencing, the young woman, aged 19 at the time, didn’t think twice, accepted, and headed to London, but things didn’t go well.

That man she married for money kicked her out of the room and another man took her in. Daniela Ventura thought it would be kindness on this man’s part, but she quickly realized it wasn’t.

After having a more intimate conversation, in which the young woman revealed that she was a virgin, this man forced her to have sex. “Either you do it, or you leave. The young woman returned to Portugal and tried to end her life. “I had an overdose of pills. I was really alone and I felt that in the state I was in it wasn’t worth it. I went to the room, my grandfather was sleeping and I gave him a little kiss”said the young woman, adding that she was found “unconscious” by her grandmother and then hospitalized.

In 2022, the young woman’s life took a big turn. Daniela Ventura converted to the Muslim religion. “I started thinking and said: ‘No, I have to turn this life around, because this isn’t right and I thought: ‘Why don’t I believe in anything? Why don’t I propose to something that give me a reason in this life and look, I was watching TikToks and a lot of Islamic things started to appear. In 2022, when I returned to England, after reading the Koran, I decided that I wanted to start practicing Islam. I can say that my life started here”revealed the young woman.
