JHave you ever heard of the undivided inheritance? Do you know what it consists of? According to the Tax Authority (AT), it is the “set of assets, rights or legal relationships, which make up the assets left by the deceased, and which have not yet been divided among the heirs“.
“While the shares are not made, the inheritance remains as an undivided whole in which each heir owns, not a specific part, but rather a fraction of the property“, says AT in a post shared on the social network Instagram.
And the head of the couple?
According to the Tax Authority, “is the person who manages the inheritance until its liquidation and sharing“.
