MC Ryan SP has just bought another mansion. At the age of 22, the funk artist behind the hit “Tubarão te amo” acquired a house with a football pitch and tennis court. He, who already owned six properties, celebrated his new achievement on social media.

“Thank you, God. Another house”, he celebrated, adding that he intends to build a gym and a lake in place of the tennis court. “This is going to be where I run and jump every day, my love. I love you,” he added, referring to his daughter Zoe, 3 months old.
Ryan already owned six properties, including a penthouse in São Paulo, two apartments, a farm and the mansion where he lives, in the city of São Paulo.
Residence has a football field and tennis court
Recently, Ryan fulfilled a dream by buying a house next to the one where his idol, MC Kevin, who died in May 2021, lived. “I am living proof that anything can happen. We are monster artists from the outskirts. Believe in your dream , smaller. I always saw this house when I went to Kevin’s house! Owner of the most expensive house in the condominium”, celebrated the funk singer.
The luxury property is on the edge of a lake, has two floors, a swimming pool and even a cinema room. “It’s like a nine o’clock soap opera,” joked Ryan. The values of the mansions in the condominium range from R$2 million to R$5 million.
