Arapongas City Hall, through the Finance Department (Sefin), is now making the electronic questionnaire available to collect suggestions for the 2025 Municipal Budget (LDO/LOA). The questionnaire is available on the City Hall’s official website. The deadline for submitting suggestions is April 15th. “I would like to invite you to participate in an important questionnaire for the municipality of Arapongas. Your opinions and insights are fundamental to help in the development of our community”, said the secretary of the ministry, Juliano Beraldi.
HOW IT WORKS?
When accessing the form, you must fill in your personal data, indicate the neighborhood where you live and indicate three priority actions for the Public Budget, with the actions being broken down by areas of activity: Health and Social Assistance, Education, Culture, Housing, Public Works and Environment.
In addition, it will be possible to evaluate the service and actions of the areas and leave suggestions, complaints and compliments.
The most voted items will be analyzed by the competent Departments and the municipality’s Planning and Budget committee. The approved actions will be included in the 2025 budget. The presentation with the data collection will be made available on the Transparency Portal – according to the budget preparation cycle.
