JNcQUOI Asia Restaurant celebrates the Indian Holi festival with food, music and flowers – Chefs and Restaurants

During this season, the streets are filled with color and people paint themselves with colored paints and powders. Each color has a special meaning, such as orange for joy, blue for calm or pink for love – because this will also be a celebration of love.

The Indian festival is celebrated for five days at JNcQUOI Asia, with a menu created by chef Mário Esteves exclusively for this occasion. Music, performance by dancers from Zariya Indian Performance Arts, traditional and contemporary Indian dances, elaborate decoration and flower offerings will recreate the essence of the festival of colors.

The menu allows you to choose different options, starting with the starters suggested by the chef: Potatoes with garlic and chilli (€12), Nimbu Chicken with pineapple chutney (€15), Chickpea Dumplings stuffed with cheese (€12) or Fish Chamuça and Shrimp (14€). For the main course, choices can include Tiger Prawn Curry (€54), Malai Kofta (€24), Tandoori-roasted fish (€33) or even chicken and lamb kebab (€27). In the end, two typical Indian desserts could not fail to be suggested: Gajar Halwa (11€) and Rasgulla (11€).
