SUGOI Restaurant! opens in Marvila with raw and ramen menu

After the opening of 12 new stores, the multicultural hub 8 Marvila has just received a gastronomic novelty coming directly from Japan. After a period in soft opening, the SUGOI restaurant! has finally officially opened to the public.

Rui Rosário is the Chef responsible for this new space in Marvila, who now shows and lets all Lisbon residents prove everything he learned while studying and living in Japan, bringing to this space a pure approach to Japanese cuisine that combines raw dishes and ramen.

Japan’s most exciting flavors

SUGOI! is the expression the Japanese use to describe something that is very good, fantastic, surprising, It is the famous “Wow!”

After being in the testing phase for the entire month of March, the restaurant SUGOI! officially opened in space 8 Marvila with a menu full of raw news, but also the famous and steamy Japanese soup, ramen.

At the counter or on the terrace, the new space aims to be, above all, a place of Japanese experiences where customers see the food being prepared and cooked.

In the menu you will find highlights such as “Cebolada” from Sarrajão, Mackerel, Ponzu and Horseradish, Sashimi Moriawase, a combination of several fish on a plate, and Cuttlefish, Wakame and Yuzu Kosho, which can be served with ramen options.
