Next Sunday (April 7), Parque Urbano de Tondela will host the Pais e Filhos OCR 2024 race, a special obstacle race for families. The event anticipates the OCR Police Challenge, which will take place on April 14th in Serra do Caramulo.

With the start scheduled for 10 am, the event aims to bring children to a track that will be adapted to them. Younger children will be able to count on the help of an adult along the way, so that they can overcome the challenges posed by the race.

The trail is around 50 meters long and has several obstacles that will have to be overcome. In the Urban Park, there will also be an inflatable to entertain the children.

Registration is free and can be done in this website. The following week, Caramulo hosts the OCR Police Challenge on April 14th, marking the start of the Trichallenge circuit.

In this edition, there will be two routes available, the longest with around 10 kilometers and 30 obstacles, and the other with three kilometers and 13 obstacles, with the landscapes of Serra do Caramulo and the Besteiros valley as a backdrop.
