After national projects such as Ó Paí, Ó 2, Meu Nome é Gal, Mussum, O Filmis and O Sequestro do Voo 375 brought thousands of people to cinemas in 2023, three projects have already reached the mark of 1 million viewers post-pandemic – all in these first months of 2024. Directed by Roberto Santucci, Os Farofeiros 2 became the third film to achieve this milestone in the post-pandemic period, preceded by Minha Irmã e Eu and Nosso Lar 2: Os Mensageiros.

In Os Farofeiros 2, we follow a new chapter in the story of friends Alexandre (Antônio Fragoso), Lima (Maurício Manfrini), Rocha (Charles Paraventi) and Diguinho (Nilton Bicudo). When Alexandre is recognized as the best sales manager in the company he works for, he receives a trip to Bahia with his whole family as a reward for his efforts.
