After the success of No Return Home, Spider-Man 4 entered a very slow development mode compared to other Marvel and Sony productions. The cause of this was several factors, but it seems that everything has been resolved.

X-MEN, DAREDEVIL AND ALL DEADPOOL 3 PARTICIPATIONS

After all, trusted journalist Jeff Sneider revealed that filming on Spider-Man 4, starring Tom Holland, is scheduled to begin in SECOND HALF OF 2024.

In other words, the film could still try to get a release date in 2025! Which is a very optimistic prediction when we consider that, until recently, Sony and Marvel were still fighting over the script.

EVERYTHING ABOUT SPIDER-MAN 4

Even though it hasn’t been officially announced by Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios yet, it’s a fact that a Spider-Man 4 starring Tom Holland is actively in development right now.

In an interview in June 2023, Holland revealed that the film’s script was “very good”. And also in interviews, the President of Sony stated that he hopes that both Tom Holland and Zendaya return for the fourth film.

Rumors suggest that the fourth film should introduce Miles Morales to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and should have the Kingpin as its main villain – find out more.

The hero’s new film does not yet have a release date, but it is expected to premiere before the next Avengers film – which has a release date of May 2026. Therefore, it is likely that the film will debut in theaters around 2025.
