O tudoradio.com via CarPlay keeps the news of the new application, such as the metadata via streaming, that is, the ‘RDS of online audio’, which also appear in the platform’s player. Local radios?
What makes local radio different is that it displays the complete list of stations received in the area where the listener is, following the same logic as the mobile app. In addition to showing all available stations in that area at once, The function eliminates some current problems found in some car receivers: the application shows the complete FM dial, including stations in extended FM, always in order of frequency. AM radios are also listed, and all stations appear with their respective logos, followed by the name, frequency and city of origin.
“The cool thing about this function is that you can experience the radio stations in your location via streaming, taking advantage of all the digital audio quality offered by the stations.“, says Daniel. “It is worth remembering that the list is a mirror of the radio on the dial, that is, it is connected with the AM/FM dials from the portal, pulling in stations classified as local signals. If any radio reduces or expands signal coverage on the dial in a certain location, it will be included or removed from this list of locations”, explains Starck.

Since 2022, the tudoradio.com has been through a series of investments to expand its capacity to promote Brazilian radio, whether as a news platform about the medium or as an aggregator of station content.
