Dani Alves’ bail was not paid by Neymar’s father nor by a group of friends. According to the Spanish press, it was the well-known Brazilian magazine ‘Quem’, from the Globo group, who came forward with one million euros, demanded by the courts in exchange for parole. On the other hand, as explained by the program ‘Fiesta’, on the channel ‘Telecinco’, in Spain, the player will give an interview to the magazine, where he will discuss this moment in his life. “This magazine reports on great characters. In exchange for the report, which is still being produced, they will have paid one million euros. It was an advance payment for the interview, documentary type, that they are doing”, explains Marisa Martín Blázquez in the aforementioned program . Dani Alves has his bank accounts frozen following a lawsuit filed by his ex-wife, seeking the payment of alimony to the ex-couple’s children.

The player, remember, was sentenced to four and a half years in prison after being accused of raping a young woman in a Barcelona nightclub on December 31, 2022.

The Brazilian defender was, however, released on parole after the prosecutor’s office, his defense and the targeted young woman filed an appeal against the sentence, for different reasons.
