Grant Page, brilliant stuntman from “Mad Max”, died at the age of 85, after suffering a tragic car accident, on Thursday (14), in Kendall, Australia. As reported by DailyMailPage was driving near his home when he crashed his vehicle into a tree.

The artist’s son, Leroy, 49, described his father as a “legend”, and revealed his desires to join new projects. “He died very excited and very motivated. He was very happy“, Leory told the newspaper.

Recently, the stuntman acted in “Três Mil Anos de Saudade”, a film by George Miller, which has not yet been released. Former manager Brian Trenchard-Smith published a tribute to his longtime friend. “Grant Page was Australia’s pioneering stuntman and my friend for fifty-two years. I will miss him terribly. He was an inspiring man who lived uncompromisingly,” he said.

Grant was known in film circles for his amazing skills and tricks, among them, what is known as “transfer”. A technique that made him exit a car window and enter another while the vehicles were side by side at high speed. A legend in the stunt business, Page leaves four sons, Adrian, 52, Jeremy, 52, Leroy, 49, and Gulliver, 47.
