A Public Security Police (PSP) arrested, on Saturday morning, a 76-year-old man for driving under the influence of alcohol, following a road accident in the city of Viseu.
In a statement to which the News by the Minute had access, the PSP reveals that the man had the accident during the early hours of the morning, at 2:29 am, in Largo Major Teles.
Then, upon the arrival of the authorities, he underwent an alcohol test, having a BAC (blood alcohol level) of 1.43 grams/liter.
The man was notified to appear in the Judicial Court of this city.
