-

Next week, fuel prices will follow different trends. As he told the Express sector source, if the week ended now, the price of simple diesel next week should rise by 1.5 cents per liter and that of gasoline by 3.5 cents per liter.

If confirmed, in the case of gasoline it will be the biggest increase in eight months. You have to go back to the end of July to find a larger increase (of around six cents).

One of the factors that influence the price is the evolution of refined products. This week’s average price for diesel is around 13 dollars per ton above last week. In turn, for gasoline the price per ton is around 35 dollars higher.

Looking at the average values practiced at gas stations on Thursday, according to data from the Directorate-General for Energy and Geology (DGEG), from the outset you can count on an average price of 1,780 euros per liter of simple 95 gasoline. In the case of diesel, a liter will still cost 1,631 euros.

It should be noted, however, that the values provided by DGEG are an average price, and the price may be above or below this value, depending on the gas station, brand and location where the car is refueled.
