“I always buy. I didn’t make any adjustments, but unfortunately, it goes up like everything else, but it’s not at such an exorbitant price,” the buyer told SIC.
But it’s not like it used to be and inflation hasn’t helped. The cheapest is not always possible. If producers increase prices at butchers, the increase also happens.
Kid is another typical dish, bought by many. Compared to Christmas, it is more expensive. There are those who reduce quantities, but stopping buying is not an option. Regardless of the value, for now, demand is similar to previous years and this type of meat continues to be in demand.
