The communicator Donato Candido resident of Faxinal, in the north of Paraná, went to an accident between a car and a scooter and discovered during a live broadcast that the dead victim was his own daughter.
Candido was doing a live broadcast on his Facebook news page and, as he approached the scene of the accident, he saw the body of Kamilly Vitória Cândido next to the motorcycle he was riding. The accident happened last Friday night, the 22nd.
“An accident with my daughter here near Coamo. She was leaving work and was happy to get the job. Unfortunately, she hit her motorcycle head-on with a Palio [modelo do carro]. Today I see my daughter’s body lying on the floor,” he said in the broadcast.
According to the State Highway Police (PRE), Kamilly was leaving the company and entered the highway when he collided head-on with a passenger car on a stretch of single lane, at the exit to Mauá da Serra.
Police did not say which driver invaded the other’s lane. The place was dark at the time of the accident.
“She said she was very happy, because, thank God, she was going to spend the weekend working. She was a docile girl, everyone liked her a lot, she was always very smiling,” said her father in the live video.
The 39-year-old driver of the car was rescued by the Integrated Emergency Trauma Care Service (Siate) and taken to the municipal hospital.
