You FII dividends They will only be distributed to investors who finish the trading session on the cut-off date with shares of these funds in their investment portfolio. After that, it is not necessary to do anything else to receive it, as the proceeds automatically fall into the stock brokerage account informed by the investor.
Furthermore, investors often see income from real estate funds an attractive way to invest in the real estate sector and generate monthly passive income, through the construction of a diversified portfolio of FIIs.
On the other hand, it is worth highlighting that the choice of funds should not only consider the amount paid in dividends. In this case, it is necessary to observe the quality of the assets that make up the FII portfolio, the management history and the risks involved.
