After almost 50 years, the actress Christiane Torloni announced that terminated your contract with Rede Globo. The announcement was made by the artist via social media this Monday, the 1st. The artist started at the station in 1975.

Christiane used a video of her participation in The Masked Singer Brasil on Sunday, 31, to say goodbye to the company. At the time, she had been “unmasked” as the virtual character Pipoca in the musical reality show.

“And, with this very fun moment, I end, with a flourish, my partnership with TV Globo”, wrote the actress, who said that, in the 1970s, the broadcaster was called “platinum Venus”. “I’m proud to have lived through the ‘golden era’ of a company that had the best of its time.”

The artist recalled her first protagonist, Gina, in the 1978 soap opera that bore the character’s name, as well as others that marked her career. Christiane has already participated in memorable soap operas, such as Dance with me, Stone Jungle It is Women in Love.

“I’m grateful to everyone who contributed and who continues to root for me,” she continued in the caption of the post. “I learned that my art, more than entertainment, is consolation and hope for many who live alone, hospitalized or in homes for the elderly. My vocation is my direction. Let’s continue”, he concluded.
