The City of Artur Nogueira (SP) confirmed, this Saturday (27), the death of an 11-year-old child due to dengue fever. The death is the first of the year in the city.

According to the Department of Health, the boy’s death occurred on April 14 and was confirmed following a report from the Adolfo Lutz Institute.

With confirmation, the total number of dengue deaths in the g1 Campinas coverage area this year reached 30.

  • Piracicaba: 5 deaths
  • Limeira: 4 deaths
  • Capivari: 2 deaths
  • Santa Bárbara D’Oeste: 1 death
