The origin of April Fools’ Day, celebrated on April 1st, is not known for sure. Has anyone out there been trolled today, as is common? One thing, however, everyone is sure of: soap opera plots wouldn’t unfold if some characters didn’t tell their elaborate fibs.

  • Final chapters: In last week’s summaries of ‘Elas por elas’, Isis is arrested after Helena’s setup
  • Difficult phase: Shaman recalls the time he lived on a bus before becoming famous: ‘I hid at the back of the bus so the pilot wouldn’t see me’

Folhatim das Nine is shown 31 years after the first version aired

The fact is that everyone in life commits some untruths here or there, at one time or another. But some fictional figures stand out for changing the course of the stories in which they are inserted with unimaginable or unforgivable chaos. Therefore, we have put together here a kind of ranking of those who most use tricks to get along and achieve their goals in the serials currently on air. What will happen to them? Will they suffer the consequences of their actions?

José Venâncio (Rodrigo Simas), from “Renascer”, and Helena (Isabel Teixeira), from “Elas por elas”, deserve to be highlighted. But there are more people attracting attention in this selection. Check out!

José Venâncio fools almost all the other characters in “Renascer”. He started hiding Buba (Gabriela Medeiros) from Eliana (Sophie Charlotte), his ex-wife, which would already be questionable. As for the father, José Inocêncio (Marcos Palmeira), he lies about his paternity, since Buba cannot have a child. The cocoa producer, however, will unmask the boy in the next chapters, discovering that Buba is a trans woman.

Mariana (Theresa Fonseca)

Mariana infiltrated José Inocêncio’s farm to take revenge on the rural producer for the death of her family. In the scene, the viewer sees a girl who tries to manipulate her husband’s family. “She changed absolutely everything. Mariana will play in favor of what she wants and, for that, some truths need to be hidden”, explains the actress.

José Bento (Marcello Melo Jr.)

An inveterate bon-vivant, José Bento lives by lying to get along. But the guy will get into trouble with the loan sharks, with whom he owes a huge debt, which could even harm his father. “He is the most scoundrel in the family. The type who lies, cheats and has the worst attitudes. The other brothers are looking for their place in the sun, but José Bento wants his place in the shadow”, assesses the actor.

Jessica (Rafa Kalimann)

In “Family is everything”, Jéssica is dubious. She tries to manipulate Luca (Jayme Matarazzo) and the people around him into staying with the photographer. Because of the girl’s lies, conflicts increase and have direct consequences on Electra’s (Juliana Paiva) life. “I don’t ignore Jéssica. I think she was very false with Electra, as she knew about her best friend’s love for Luca. She was disingenuous in every way”, assesses Rafa.

Brenda (Alexandra Richter)

Brenda is truly obsessed with keeping her son, Tom (Renato Góes), away from Venus (Nathalia Dill). Her actions directly affect the main plot of the novel, as she interferes in the destiny of the heir. From today’s chapter onwards, the vixen manipulates her grandchildren against Venus, inventing several lies about the protagonist.

Paulina (Lucy Ramos)

The biggest lie Paulina tells is to herself. The girl is mistaken, insisting that if she can separate Tom from Venus, she will have the father of her children back. “She also hides a lot about her medications, saying she stopped taking them, but always carrying one in her purse. It must be torturous to have to support a false story that, the more you dig, the deeper the lie becomes”, he says. his interpreter, Lucy Ramos.

Jupiter (Thiago Martins)

Jupiter lies a lot to impress his romantic partners. The boy can also get very upset with the lies he tells his family. An incorrigible womanizer, he begins to realize that his lies are not worth it from the moment he approaches Lupita (Daphne Bozaski), which happens this week in the serial.

Helena (Isabel Teixeira)

In “Elas por elas”, Helena did a lot during the plot of the six. In order not to lose Jonas (Mateus Solano), she invented that she was pregnant with his baby. In reality, the baby she gave birth to was Bruno’s (Luan Argollo). She still had many inventions to try to maintain the marriage, but she failed. Another stain on his CV was having set fire to Isis’s (Rayssa Bratillieri) shelter and denying guilt. It remains to be seen what the character’s outcome will be.

Taís (Késia)

Even against his will, Taís lied to Lara (Deborah Secco) when he cheated on his friend with her husband. Átila’s lover (Sergio Guizé) became pregnant with him. “Taís told a few little lies, especially to Lara. But he omitted more. Lies have short legs and destroy lives, depending on how big they are. I’m against it, but I can’t lie because, from time to time, I lie a little to get out of an embarrassing situation “, assumes the actress.
