Users of Canva, a popular online design tool, are reporting instability on the platform this Thursday (21/3). According to reports on X, formerly Twitter, it is possible to access the account on the website, but not edit the projects.

On the Downdetector platform, there was a spike in Canva failure notifications at 11am this Thursday. There are more than 500 error reports on the site. Among the complaints, 64% are related to the connection to the server, 33% to the website and 3% to the mobile application.

According to the website, there are reports of platform failure in Minas and the states of São Paulo, Paraná, Bahia, Ceará and Pernambuco.

Terms like “Canva error” and “Canva problem” have also seen a sudden spike on the Google Trends platform.

Canva Status, a page that assesses whether the service is working, identified an error on the platform and confirmed that the website was inaccessible, but that the problem has already been identified and is being resolved.

The report of The time contacted Canva and the company informed that the problem has already been resolved. The tool returned to working normally for users around 1:30 pm this Thursday (21/3).
