Recently, Sandro Pedroso became a topic on social media after a video of his empty cafeteria went viral.

At the time, the actor was opening a Pit Dog in Anápolis, Goiás, and no one showed up for the event. He vented and received support from his followers.

This Thursday (21.03) Sandro shared a new video about the venture, but this time, with good news: a follower helped him by buying 30 snacks and 30 soft drinks, asking him to distribute them to people who were in need.

“This week, a video of mine ended up going viral here on social media, because I set up a Pit Dog here in Anápolis, Goiás, a snack bar, and on the opening day, it ended up that no customers came. But that’s life, there are good days and bad days, especially for us, who are traders”, he began.

“I wanted to thank you for all the messages of support, but, unfortunately, I ended up receiving many negative messages. But, among one of them, there was one that caught my attention and really touched my heart and I wanted to share it with you. Silas, a follower of mine said ‘Sandro, I would like to help you in some way. I don’t live in Anápolis, I wanted to go and have a snack with you, but I live far away, do the following: I’m buying thirty snacks and thirty soft drinks from you so you can distribute it to people living on the streets.’ What I took away from this experience – which was a bad thing, because I didn’t have any customers – ended up becoming a good thing”, he concluded.

Empty opening

On February 12, Sandro Pedroso vented about not having received customers at the opening of his Pit Dog.

“Vent! I’m a little missing from my social networks, because I saved all the money I had and with the help of a few friends I set up a ‘Pit Dog’, so we call it a good snack here in Goiás! But it ended up that no customers came at the inauguration…” wrote Sandro on his personal Instagram, where he has more than 300 thousand followers. “I’m discouraged today, but I don’t lose faith.”

In an exclusive interview with Vogue, the actor explained that he opened the restaurant because he needed to have extra income, as the acting profession is very unstable. “I have several colleagues of mine who are also fighting, needing to work… We don’t have many opportunities in the market. I decided to roll up my sleeves and go for it…”.
