With great satisfaction, we celebrated the graduation of a dedicated class from the Jovens em Ação program, who completed the Human Resources Assistant course, carried out in partnership with Senai. The initiative, the result of a union between the Secretariat of Social Development, the Secretariat of Government and the Secretariat of Economic Development, aimed to provide participants with a solid foundation to enter the job market.
Over the course of three months, students delved into various aspects of the Human Resources area, from labor legislation to recruitment and selection, training and development, positions and salaries, health and safety at work. This complete training prepares them to work as assistants in companies of different sizes and sectors.
It is worth noting that, upon completing the course and reaching the age of majority, young people will be able to apply for vacancies in the job market. The experience gained and the certificate of completion enrich your resumes and increase your chances of being hired.
The Jovens em Ação program, responsible for the course, currently serves 55 teenagers aged between 15 and 17, offering them learning and professional development opportunities. Through partnerships like this with Senai, the program contributes to the formation of qualified citizens prepared for the future.
Graduation represents an important milestone in the trajectory of these young people, symbolizing the commitment, dedication and potential of each one.
