Next day March 21st (Thursday), the Center for Regional Studies carries out another conversation within the scope of the EveningCER – an initiative of the Center for Regional Studies, running until May 2024 –, in AP Dona Aninhas, Boutique Hotelin Viana do Castelo, by 5.30pm. In this edition we have the presence of Miguel Ayres Campos and the conversation will have the theme Manor houses of Ribeira Lima: a heritage between continuity and reinvention”.

Miguel Ayres Campos He has a degree in Art History, a master’s degree in Medieval Studies from the University of Oxford and a PhD in Art History, in the Medieval and Byzantine Studies variant, from the Courtauld Institute of Art (University of London). He is a researcher at the Institute of Medieval Studies at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at Universidade Nova de Lisboa and at ARTIS-Department of History of Art at the Faculty of Arts at the University of Lisbon. He is the author of the book “Discovering the manors of Ribeira de Lima: a heritage between continuity and reinvention”, published by the Municipality of Ponte de Lima.

Project conversations EveningCER are moderated by José Carlos Loureiro. The initiative is open to the general public and is limited to room capacity.
