The Municipality of Marinha Grande will invest around one million euros in works to build domestic sanitation and water supply networks, in the Trouts area.
The municipality has already moved forward with opening the procedures for the respective hiring.
According to a press release, the domestic sanitation network in Trutas – Phase 4 will involve an estimated investment of 575 thousand euros and aims to extend the wastewater drainage infrastructure in that place.
Once completed, this work will be able to serve a total of 1,611 inhabitants.
In this context, the streets Pinheiro Grande, Pedrógão Grande, Douro Litoral, 43, dos Oleiros, Álvaro Cunhal, 42, Porto Mós, Olho Ferrado, 52, Pinhal das Trutas, Ansião and Marma will be covered – Instrumento Vidreiro , as well as the Novo das Trutas neighborhood and the Pedrógão Grande and Olho Ferrado streets.
“For the remodeling of the Trutas water supply networks – Phase 3, an investment of 446 thousand euros is expected to replace the distribution pipes, through the use of more resistant and reliable materials that ensure the quality of the water supplied , as well as ensuring the continuity of water supply at appropriate pressure levels, increasing the quality of the service provided to users”, adds the press release.
In phase 3, this intervention will cover the streets Pinheiro Grande, Pedrógão Grande, Douro Litoral, 43, dos Oleiros, Algarve, Alvaiázere, Estremadura, Alto Alentejo, Baixo Alentejo, Alto Douro, Vale da Ribeira, and the streets of Pedrógão Grande and Estremadura.
